At catJAM Merch, we strive to ensure you love our products. Here’s our return and refund policy:

Cancellations

  • Product Orders: Orders are made to order. You can cancel or amend your order using the link in your confirmation email before it goes to production. Once in production, only replacements or resolutions for quality issues may be possible.
  • Donations and Tips: These are non-cancellable and non-refundable once checkout is completed.

Damaged/Quality Issues

  • If you receive a product with a print error or quality issue, contact us at support@catjam.org with:
    • A clear photo of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface.
    • Your order number.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund for quality issues within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Product Orders: Refunds are only issued for quality issues. Orders are non-refundable otherwise.
  • Payment Methods:
    • PayPal: Refunds appear in your account within 24 business hours.
    • Credit Card: Refunds appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Donations and Tips: Non-refundable.

Locked Messages

  • Locked messages are non-refundable. If you have issues accessing them, contact us at support@catjam.org for assistance.

  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna/AfterPay (depending on location)
  • Local payment methods

International Orders

  • International orders may incur import taxes, duties, or customs charges. These are your responsibility, and we cannot pre-calculate them. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Merchant of Record

Orders are handled by Fourthwall.com, our merchandising partner, who manages order-related inquiries and returns.
